Refund and Returns Policy

Refund / Returns / Exchanges:

We cannot determine the product’s stability once received by the customer, so we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

Shipping:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of cleared payment. Orders are not processed or shipped from Thursday, 12 p.m. PST, through Sunday, or on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
